This 'going back to basics' mentality is the sum of a whole lot of things: the recession, the growing interest in all that is 'green', and simply fresher food is just better.
Swan Lake Resort is perfectly situated to position ourselves as a farm-to-table restaurant by using locally grown ingredients whenever possible. We support local farmers by buying their freshly-grown produce and fairly-raised livestock. During some seasons, we may even have our own garden.
