Easter Brunch at Swan Lake Resort

Join us at Dickies on Saturday, March 15th for our St. Patrick's Day Bash.  Put on your Green and come out for a party.  We will have live entertainment from The Crossroads Band beginning at 9:00PM.  There is No Cover Charge for this event.  So make your plans now to be at Dickies on Saturday, March 15th for Great Food, Great Drinks, Great Music and Great Fun!  We will see you then.

Over 300 Attend Dickie's Opening Events

April 28 through May 1, Dickie's hosted 4 soft openings by invitation only for selected community members including: golf members, media, businesses and a representation of surrounding families and community members.  Over 300 people were in attendance. Each night, guests received free appetizers and meals while learning more about the restaurant and resort from President, Pam Smith; General Manager, Geoff Payne; and Executive Chef, Zachary Lucchese. A ribbon cutting took place on April 29 with the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce and WTCA conducted on air, live interviews with Swan Lake Resort managers on April 30. Swan Lake Resort is now taking applications for its new casual dining restaurant, Dickie’s, as well as for the Clubhouse Grille and Banquet facilities.  Group recruiting sessions for restaurant and banquet servers will be taking place at the restaurant from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. on April 5 and 12. After extensive renovations to its former restaurant space, Swan Lake Resort will open its new restaurant, Dickie’s, on May 2, 2013. Described as a “unique casual dining experience for all journeys of sophisticated souls,” Dickie’s features both a bar and table dining with views of the surrounding golf courses. The restaurant also includes a new menu with a modern twist on American classics, an extensive beer and wine selection and signature cocktails. The new restaurant is truly a family affair. Named after one of the owners, Richard “Dickie” Klingler, the restaurant celebrates his journey as he worked to achieve the American Dream. The restaurant renovation was designed by the resort President, Pam (Klingler) Smith. Along with new décor, the restaurant has a new chef and a new menu. Award-winning Executive Chef Zachary Lucchese has assembled a menu featuring dishes that will appeal to diners of all ages and tastes, many made with locally grown ingredients. Though Chef Zachary has Italian roots himself, he loves to explore diverse cuisine styles and at Dickie’s, you will explore along with him. Dickie's Restaurant Coming Soon to Swan Lake Resort

Swan Lake Resort announces the upcoming opening of their newly named and renovated restaurant, Dickie's.  The new restaurant will be launched April 2013 and promises to be... a unique casual dining experience for all journeys of sophisticated souls.  Named after one of the owners, Richard Klingler, throughout the restaurant, you will find small hints of Dickie's story and how he achieved the American Dream. The tasteful renovation, being designed by the daughter of one of the owners, Pam (Klingler) Smith, features both bar and table dining formats. The main dining space features an elegant bar and gathering space surrounded by private dining tables with gorgeous golf course views.  For casual conversations and cocktails, the restaurant also features a soft seating area nestled next to the fireplace.  The previous Golfer's Dining Room will reopen as The Gallery and will be beautifully renovated for exquisite dining events overlooking the pond and nearby fairways. Leading the kitchen, their new award-winning Executive Chef, Zachary Lucchese, has assembled a new delicious menu featuring beautiful dishes touched with locally grown ingredients.  The menu is varied for every member of the family. While Chef Zachary is of Italian heritage, he loves to explore into many Americana culinary adventures. Swan Lake Resort welcomes a new Executive Chef to lead their restaurant and banquet functions for dining and events.  The chef is a critical piece of the formula for success at Swan Lake Resort and Chef Zachary brings nine years of experience in casual and country club settings. He is a hands-on innovator who creates delicious and unique dishes that are both tantalizing and affordable for guests. Chef Zachary started his career at Scotty's Brewhouse in Bloomington, IN and Rolling Green Country Club before working, since 2005, in his family's restaurant, "Lucchese's," located in Elkhart, IN.
